It allows people to easily access information about rural land, such as 7/12 records, survey numbers, ownership details, land changes (mutations), and agriculture-related information from the comfort of their homes. This portal is highly useful and convenient for farmers and landowners, saving them both time and money.
Process to View Rural Land Records
- If you want to view the land record of Gujarat state, follow these simple steps:
- First, open the official website of the Revenue Department of Gujarat.

- Once the website opens, select “View Land Record โ Rural” from the main page.
- A new page will open; here, choose “REVENUE CASE DETAILS”.
- Next, select the District, Taluka, Village, and Survey/Block number in the correct order.

- After that, enter the captcha code and click on “Get Record Detail”.
By following these steps, you can easily view the rural land records.
Process to Check Urban Land Records
To check urban land records through the Revenue Department of Gujarat portal, follow these simple steps:
- Open the official website of the https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/ Gujarat Governmentโs Revenue Department.

- You will see two options: Property Card (Original Card) and Unit Property Card.
- Choose Property Card (Original Card) to view details of a specific, standalone property, like a house or a plot of land.
- Choose Unit Property Card to view details of a unit within a larger building or complex, such as an apartment or a shop.
- Several details will appear on the screen, such as survey number details, note number details.

- Now, select the following details: district, city survey office.
- Enter the Captcha Code and click on โGet Record Detailsโ.
This way, you can easily check urban land records online.
Process to View e-CHAVDI (เช-เชเชพเชตเชกเซ) Rural Land Records
- Open the Official Website (https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/) Start by visiting the official website.
- Select e-CHAVDI (เช-เชเชพเชตเชกเซ) On the homepage, click on the e-CHAVDI option.

- Enter Required Details A new page will open. Here, to view the e-CHAVDI Report, select: District (เชเซเชฒเซเชฒเซ), Taluka (เชคเชพเชฒเซเชเซ), Village (เชเชพเชฎ), Year (เชตเชฐเซเชท), Enter the Captcha Code.
View Land Records After entering the details, click on Get Records Detail to access the e-CHAVDI rural land records.
Process to Apply for and Print Property Card (Original Card)
- Open the Official Website Visit the official website of the (https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/) Revenue Department, Government of Gujarat.
- Select “Digitally Sealed Property Card Copy” On the homepage, click on the option “เชกเชฟเชเชฟเชเชฒเซ เชธเซเชฒเซเชก เชชเซเชฐเซเชชเชฐเซเชเชฟเชเชพเชฐเซเชกเชจเซ เชจเชเชฒ”.

- Choose an Option A new page will open, showing two options apply for Property Transfer, print Application,
- Select the “Apply for Property Transfer” option.
- Fill in the required details: applicant’s name, mobile number, email ID, property card (Original Card), unit property card, district name, city survey office, city survey ward, survey number, sheet number, card number and current Area (in square meters)
- After entering all details, click on “Save Application”.
Printing the Property Card (Original Card)
- Select the “Print Application” option.
- Enter the required details: application number, applicant’s name, mobile number, survey number, sheet number, card number.

- After filling in the details, click on “Print Copy”.
This process allows you to apply for property transfer or print the property card (original card) easily.
Process for Digitally Signed RoR Login
- Open the official website https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/.
- Once the website opens, select “Digitally Signed RoR / เชกเชฟเชเชฟเชเชฒเซ เชธเชพเชเชจเซเชก เชเชพเชฎ เชจเชฎเซเชจเชพ เชจเชเชฌเชฐ” option.

- A new page will open. Enter your mobile number and captcha code, then click on “Generate OTP”.
Enter the OTP received on your mobile and log in successfully.
